How to set up the option "Leave a copy of emails on the server"

OUTLOOK 2007

1. Open Outlook
2. On the Tools menu, click on Account Settings
3. In the list, select the e-mail account you want, and then click on Change button
4. Click on More Settings and then go to Advanced tab
5. Check Leave a copy of messages on the server
6. Click OK and then click on Next
7. Click Finish and then click Close



OUTLOOK 2002 or OUTLOOK 2003

1. Open Outlook
2. On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts
3. Select View or change existing e-mail accounts , and then click Next
4. In the list, select the e-mail account you want, and then click on Change button
5. Click More Settings , and then go to Advanced tab
6. Check Leave a copy of messages on the server
7. Click OK
8. Click Next , and then click Finish



OUTLOOK EXPRESS or OUTLOOK 2000

1. Open Outlook Express
2. Click on Tools and goto Accounts
3. Click on the Mail tab across the top
4. In the list, select the e-mail account you want, and then click on Properties button
5. Go to Advanced tab
6. Check Leave a copy of messages on the server
7. Click OKs to confirm changes and then restart Outlook.
