1. Choose "Account Setup" from "Accounts".
2. Click "New" at the bottom of its screen.
3. Select an Account Name that you want to refer to.
4. Mail Service: select "Other" from the dropdown menu.
5. Protocol: POP.
6. Username: Your email address before the @, and enter your current password.
7. Select the Next Button.
8. Enter your email address and use mail.yourcompany.com for both the incomming and outgoing servers, then select the Next button.
9. Select the Advanced button, make sure Port Number is 110 and none of the checkboxes are checked.
10. Make sure the Port Number is 25, and check "Use authentication ESMTP" and make sure to type in the same Username & password as step 6.
